Acupuncturists are no longer able to claim to treat conditions unless there is strong evidence for it's effectiveness in terms of conventional studies. The difference in approach and the enormous cost of conventional studies means that only a handful are accepted by the medical profession. (see FAQ).

The rule is applied by the Advertising Standards Agency to protect the public from misleading claims, and this is obviously important. Unfortunately it means we cannot even quote the majority of patients who have benefited from treatment.

So with regret I have had to remove some testimonials that were genuine experiences of some very happy patients! Thank you to those that have taken the time to write them for me.
